The mouse was a little small at first, and I had difficulty picking it up to move or center the cursor. I also accidentally pressed the Right button while lifting it. After some practice, Ive gotten used to the design, and its now much easier to use. The grip and ergonomics have improved with time.

This comes beautifully boxed and with an instruction booklet that covers several languages. It also has a separate card that's a 'Quick Start Guide' and a card that introduces you to the mouse design engineer. It really feels fancy and deluxe! It would make a nice gift. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust to this new styled mouse. I had been using the bottom of line mouse for about 30 years, for 40 hours a week. I didn't have issues or pains. But since this is ergonomic, I wanted to switch as a precautionary measure. It just makes sense to use an ergonomic mouse, if given the choice. I wasn't familiar with having a forward or back button before. I found it by accident - my thumb accidently pressed one. You can use the back button to take you back to the previous page, and the previous page before that, etc. Then use the forward button to go to the pages you had drilled into. It's pretty neat! It came charged but turned off. I haven't needed to charge it yet as I've only had it for about 3 weeks. I only have one computer and I've only been using it with that. Another reviewer mentioned it was too small for their hand. I'm a 5'4" (average) woman with proportionate sized hands and it fits comfortably in my hand.

I have to admit I was really skeptical about this mouse at first. I am in the IT field and use the computer all day and at home. I was interested in trying this mouse due to me getting older and wanting to make sure I try to not develop hand problems. This mouse feels really nice to hold. I have a medium/large hand size and it fits in my hand fantastic. Slides great on the desk and has great dpi adjustment for a work environment. I am using 2 large monitors and a laptop screen and am able to slide across all 3 screens with ease. Love that it includes the 2 thumb buttons for back and forward and the ability to pair it with an extra bluetooth device (actually 2) is fantastic. That matte black and grey look is very nice, clean and professional looking. I have used it for over a week now and it's still got plenty of battery life left. It does take getting used to and your hand is in a much different position than normal but once you get used to it, which took me about 3 days, it feels so much better. It actually feels more like your holding a large marker to draw where your mouse needs to go. Only issue I have now is that I still have a little trouble clicking on the smaller minimize/maximize and close buttons. Once I get used to it that will go away as well.

The mouse had some scratches when it arrived, and it didnt come with a USB-C cord as described. But after contacting customer support, they were very helpful and provided a solution. It works fine now, and Im satisfied with the performance.

Great design, very comfortable. I had no connection issues... just plug and play. One thing is clear from the moment you take it out of the box... the manufacturer stands behind the product. The product designer even has a personal note in the box. I had a similar device that had way too many buttons on it, that I ended up clicking accidentally too often. I like that this one is more "standard" functionality. You've got your left and right buttons, scroll, and forward and back buttons, and that's all I really need. The ONLY caveat, the ONLY reason I did not give this item 5 stars, is that there's just something about the click and drag effort that's different somehow. Perhaps a slight difference in pressure is required when compared to a conventional mouse. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but numerous times when I click and drag to select text, I seem to let go too soon and manage to select something other than what I intended. It's difficult to explain. I'm assuming it's something I will ultimately get used to, so I'm happy to keep trying it.
